Timberlake Village is a small 80 home neighborhood located within the Palm Aire community. Our neighborhood can be accessed from Whitfield Avenue or Palm Aire Drive. We are a community dedicated to building strong relationships between our neighbors and promoting a high quality of life within our neighborhood. Our association exists to enhance the value of our homes. From maintaining common areas to enforcing community standards, we work hard to make our neighborhood a great place to live.
